Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return please email bosquebespoke@gmail.com or text your name and order number to 415-686-6009.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Return Shipping Label
To return your product, you will be provided a return shipping label to initiate your return.
